Investing in Rural Economic Development Education

Electric cooperatives securing USDA REDLG grants establish Revolving Loan Funds (RLFs) to support community development and job creation. Each cooperative manages its RLF under a USDA-approved Rural Development Plan, with funding available for impactful local projects.

RLF loans may include a small processing fee and interest rate, determined by the cooperative.
